Hey,
I read your site.  Not all of it because it was very
long and I didn't have time to.  But I find your anger
or frustration towards one who believes in God quite
common. I am writing to inform you that you should
seperate your childhood experiences, animosity towards
your parents and such, from the God who formed you and
loves you.  You know deep down inside there is a God. 
Whether you believe it to be science or whatever, you
know that something is out there that is in control. 
You could not determine you birthday, or the color of
your eyes.  God did.  You could not determine your
biological parents...God did.  Your frustration or
lack of understanding of the world around you is not a
reason to kick God out of your life.  If you truly are
a fair person, then you would give God a fair chance
to reveal himself to you.  If we are all atoms and
nothing more then my words are meaningless and so are
yours, your life is meaningless and so is mine.  But
you don't live that way.  You live like your life has
value and meaning.  So when you try to write God off
from your life you are writing off the one Thing that
says you have a purpose, meaning, and a place in this
world.  I challenge you to ask Jesus to reveal himself
to you.  I know you have enough education to
understand that.  If you were wrong, wouldn't you want
to know it.  Not believing in God takes energy and
effort on your part to deny what is true.  You are in
fact put forth effort to lie to yourself.  I hope you
read this and understand that I am a person who has
found and known truth for some years now.  Before you
sign off on your faith in evolution and no God
theroies, allow the almighty to prove himself to you. 
If you drawn near to him, he will draw near to you. 
If you knock the door shall be opened to you.  I know
you might have negativism attached to scripture,
especially if it was forced upon you, but seriously,
seperate yourself from that,  if there truly is a God,
than He can reveal himself to you.  I challenge you to
let him.  Ask him to reveal himself to you and prove
you right or wrong.  You don't need to email me back
or rifle off all your beliefs, I have heard millions
of arguments.  This is a private matter between you
and God, whether or not you believe in him or not. 
That is how it will be handled on the day of
judgement.  Just you and God.  I leave you with that.
